Refund policy

After making your purchase, you have 60 days from the time you receive your package to experience the benefits of this amazing product. We sincerely hope that you will soon become one of the many customers who write to us to share their joy with the results obtained.

However, if this is not the case and you are not completely satisfied with your investment, you can easily request a refund!

BEFORE requesting a refund, make sure you have given the product enough time to work in your body. We generally recommend all our customers to use the product for at least 3 months before drawing any conclusions.

If you have already made your decision and wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below.

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Claiming a Rebate

Step 1:
Verify that you are still within the 60-day period from the date your order was delivered. To remember this date, check the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Step 2:
Send an email to our support team:
📧 support@onprostax.com Indicate that you are not completely convinced of the benefits of the product.
Please write “Refund Request” in the subject line of the email so that your case receives priority.

Step 3:
Send all bottles back to the address below (no matter if they are empty, opened or closed).
Include a note inside the package with your full name, email and, if you have it, the order number, so we can identify and process your request with priority.

Step 4:
Be patient, we will process your refund as soon as we receive your package.
We will send you an email to confirm that your refund has been processed.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
